345 GHz Receiver Astronomical First Light!!!
On Sep.1, 2018, since the antenna dish surface accuracy was improved, Moon started to rise from the horizon, and the sky was clear, so we tried to observe Moon using the 86 GHz pointing model with the receiver tuning as low frequency as possible (tuned frequency was 288.0 GHz). With this setting, we successfully detected an astronomical source (i.e., Moon) with the 345 GHz receiver for the first time.
