研究興趣

The topics of my research are related to the superconductivity of materials and devices. Stable Nb-technology has been established in our laboratory. Developing SIS mixers for SMA and other telescopes is one of my major works. SIS mixers with quantum noise limit performance for 100GHz-900GHz frequency has been demonstrated in my laboratory. Developing hot-electron-bolometer mixer and multi-pixel cartridge receiver for THz observation are ongoing project. Many kinds of superconducting devices can be fabricated in our laboratory, which makes the construction of novel measurement systems or study of device properties possible. In addition, I am also interesting in studying new superconductors and other novel materials.
